I was just getting used to Flock when I found out tonight that they released an upgrade to their very impressive browser. I haven’t had a chance to get gain an idea as to the new features however I can say that I am already impressed with what I see.

They have fixed some issues as well as adding and some new blogging platforms to their blogging tool. You can now use Flock to blog to a variety of platforms such as Blogger, TypePad, WordPress, Live Journal, Blogsome, and xanga.com. Previously Flock would take a really long time to send a post to your blog. Or, the post would actually go thru but the progress bar would hang for a long time stating that it was still sending the post. This issue is now fixed and I was able to send a post to my blog within seconds.

This is my first post from my AT&T 8525 Pocket PC phone. Now I have the ability to post to my blog from virtually anywhere. Which is great because there have been many moments where I would have loved to post something up here and wasn’t able to since I didn’t have access to a computer. That’s no longer an issue.

For the past six months I have been skeptical about the iPhone and what it could do. However based on the amazing reaction the iPhone received on opening day; I was convinced that I had to at least check out the device for myself. (more…)
